Donkey Kicks!

Ok! Let's talk about Donkey Kicks! Ever hear of them? Well if not they are evil, just take my word for it lol Thanks Tony Horton! 

Ok so these of course are strategically placed as the last exercise of one of my favorite workouts, The Accelerator from P90x3 and they are extremely difficult after you've just busted your ass for 30 minutes! So he basically wants you to kick yourself up into a handstand, come down and lift one arm up and one leg...see if you can follow along with my short video clip here. He has you do this for an entire minute..think you can do it?? As you can see in my clip...I lose my steam FAST lol ;-)
