WHY Shakeology?

So MY TOP 5 reasons why I personally invest in Shakeology every month and just a couple of the reasons why you absolutely should too 😁

1.) INEXPENSIVE --> Say What?! Yes. You will NEVER find a meal this healthy for $4.00 per serving. EVER. If you do, let me know and I'll buy it. 😜 It's unmatched. By a LONG shot. Most people spend more than that on a medium cup of coffee! 😱

2.) RESULTS --> Here's just 1 example: my Dad's cholesterol has dropped without even changing his diet and not exercising, not only that but instead of skipping breakfast now he has his shake instead! That's a huge win! 👊 I could go on and on about all of the other weight loss stories, saved lives, blood pressure, diabetics, pregnancies, etc... but this one hits home for me and makes me happy! ❤

3.) ENERGY --> You know that feeling of being groggy, not having mental clarity, and just tired until your 3rd cup of coffee?☕ Yeah that was me too before Shakeo (sometimes still am, thanks to my kiddos lol 😕 ).

4.) CONVENIENCE--> Takes literally 30 seconds and you can take it on your ride to work or like me on the way to my sons gymnastics show right now! 😁 Most people spend more time in line for Dunkins, Starbucks or the cafe at work and spend MORE money. 😳

5.) TASTE--> I'm not a huge fan of protein and I've NEVER liked shakes before this. This stuff actually tastes good. Plus when you take the extra 60 seconds to blend with banana and some PB... HOLY YUM! 😋
Factor in the fact that it's CHEAPER than what most people spend per month on coffee, it's great even for people trying to gain weight, there's a 30 day money back guarantee AND that it's clinically proven... yeah you really can't go wrong. 👍 ‪#‎healthymeal‬ ‪#‎healthyeats‬ ‪#‎investinyourself‬

Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

This easy to make meal is not only amazing but it's also 21 day fix approved! Depending on your allotted containers for the day, the ones you will need are red, green and blue (if you use cheese)

Ingredients:

-1 lbs ground chicken
-Hot Sauce (I use Franks Cayenne Pepper Sauce)
-Romaine Lettuce
-Red Onion
-Carrot Shreds
-Tomato
-Bleu Cheese and/or bleu cheese crumbles
-Himalayan Salt
-Garlic Powder

Directions:

Cook the ground chicken, once cooked, drain the juice/fat then add in some water, just a little. Salt/Garlic powder to taste, then add in the hot sauce. I am terrible at measuring, you don't need all that much but enough to give it a good covering. Let it simmer on low for a few mins. In the meantime, cut up the red onion and tomato and get your lettuce wraps washed and ready to go.

Layer all your ingredients on your wraps and top with a little bleu cheese or bleu cheese crumbles if desired. I used a tiny bit of a bleu cheese yogurt dressing. Enjoy! :-)

Spaghetti Squash Casserole ~ Taco Style!

Ingredients:

-1 lb ground chicken or turkey
-Taco Seasoning (salt, garlic powder, cumin, paprika, chili powder, dash of cayenne pepper)
-Red Onion
-Spinach (1 cup chopped)
-Tomato
-Shredded cheese (cheddar/mozzarella)
-1 Spaghetti Squash

Cook the ground the chicken, drain the fat, add a little water and season with the taco seasoning. While that is cooking, chop up your tomato, spinach and onion.

In meantime cook the spaghetti squash (slice in half, season with salt/pepper) and place skin side up on a cookie sheet on 375 for 30 minutes and once that is done scoop out the spaghetti and mix it in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients. I added the cheese on top and baked in the oven until it was melted
