Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps

This easy to make meal is not only amazing but it's also 21 day fix approved! Depending on your allotted containers for the day, the ones you will need are red, green and blue (if you use cheese) 

Ingredients:

-1 lbs ground chicken
-Hot Sauce (I use Franks Cayenne Pepper Sauce)
-Romaine Lettuce
-Red Onion
-Carrot Shreds
-Tomato
-Bleu Cheese and/or bleu cheese crumbles
-Himalayan Salt
-Garlic Powder

Directions:

Cook the ground chicken, once cooked, drain the juice/fat then add in some water, just a little. Salt/Garlic powder to taste, then add in the hot sauce. I am terrible at measuring, you don't need all that much but enough to give it a good covering. Let it simmer on low for a few mins. In the meantime, cut up the red onion and tomato and get your lettuce wraps washed and ready to go. 

Layer all your ingredients on your wraps and top with a little bleu cheese or bleu cheese crumbles if desired. I used a tiny bit of a bleu cheese yogurt dressing. Enjoy! :-)
